At ReVita Wellness, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a 30-day return policy, in line with UK consumer rights and our commitment to excellent service.
Returns Eligibility:
- You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Non-returnable Items:
- Customised, personalised, or made-to-order items
- Gift cards
- Clearance or final sale items (where marked)
Return Process:
- Email us at info.revitawellness@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will reply within 2 business days with return instructions and the return address.
- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refunds:
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 working days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or we made an error.
Exchanges:
If you received a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at info.revitawellness@gmail.com, and we will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.
