Return and Refund policy

At ReVita Wellness, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a 30-day return policy, in line with UK consumer rights and our commitment to excellent service.

 

Returns Eligibility:

  • You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.
  • To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.


Non-returnable Items:

  • Customised, personalised, or made-to-order items
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or final sale items (where marked)

Return Process:

  1. Email us at info.revitawellness@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will reply within 2 business days with return instructions and the return address.
  3. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

Refunds:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 working days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or we made an error.

 

Exchanges:

If you received a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at info.revitawellness@gmail.com, and we will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.
