Delivery Timeframe:

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Delivery may take up to 12 working days, depending on the supplier’s location and stock availability.
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking (where available) once your order has been dispatched.


Shipping Locations:

  • We currently deliver to all mainland UK addresses.
  • We do not offer international shipping at this time.


Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping is free on most items unless otherwise stated.
  • If an item requires additional delivery charges (e.g., oversized items), this will be clearly stated at checkout.

 

Courier Services:

Our suppliers use a variety of trusted UK couriers (including Royal Mail, DPD, Hermes, and others), depending on item type, size, and origin.


Multiple Shipments:

If you ordered multiple items, they may arrive in separate shipments, depending on supplier availability.


Delivery Issues:
